En el año 2023 retomaron lanzamientos iniciando con su sencillo instintos el cual abrió una nueva etapa y volvió a posicionar la banda “State of Light” en la escena Bogotana. Durante el año 2024 recibieron la gran noticia de ser seleccionados para ser banda sonora de una importante película colombiana “La hierba del Diablo” teniendo una gran acogida por sus seguidores y dando hasta el momento su video con más visualizaciónes en Youtube con más de 13.000 visitas, en la actualidad se encuentran promocionando su quinto sencillo dejarte atrás acompañado con un videoclip. Su primer single es lanzado el 21 septiembre del 2017 “ Y si te vuelvo a encontrar” canción que tuvo en 1 mes más de 4.000 views en youtube, después de este proceso iniciaron la grabación de su segundo single “Otra vez” con la producción y mezcla de (Omez) quien ha acompañado y colaborardo en importantes procesos de grabación como lo son the mills, the castles, otro ejemplo, etc.

Allan Floyd, has been making music since before he could read. His first memory of creating lyrics and melodies were from before kindergarten. Since, he has continued to create hundreds of recorded tracks and live collaborations. However, “If I go to Sleep” and “Holiday Love” mark Mr. Floyd’s long awaited first commercial releases. Floyd’s musical upbringing began in the Detroit public schools. He studied trumpet, vocal, and general music. Allan was invited to perform with several all-city and all-state ensembles. He often credits the students of Detroit Cass Technical High School department as well as the staff for advancing his interest and his musical abilities. Later throughout Floyd’s adulthood he went on to study music, sound engineering, and perform with local talent. What does my music sound like? To me, it’s like if Dave Matthews Band and Bruce Springsteen had a child who was raised on Blink-182 and Pink Floyd—then handed a 90s mixtape made at a worship concert. I call this sound “Northeast Alternative”...a culmination of my life’s genesis and the reflections that stem from it. It all started in the hills and cultural textures of my hometown in Northwest New Jersey, where the rugged landscapes and small-town stories shaped my DNA. These roots remain the foundation of my personal and artistic identity; an anchor in my ever-evolving musical journey. Now based on the beach coast of Delaware, I’m launching Ridge Road Records, a new chapter that honors these roots while embracing new horizons.
