ASADI is a Persian-American Electronic Music Producer & Performance Artist from Columbus, Ohio. He is known for his rare middle eastern influence and impressive performance ability. In the studio, his knowledge in the land of Persian Composition uniquely activates a sense of timelessness that the world can resonate with, and his instruments play a strong role in illustrating such emotion. They include the Persian Setar, Persian Tar, Persian Daf, and Italian Mandolin. He brings these delicate sounds to life when performed with his drum machine, in which he effortlessly triggers his entire rhythm section completely live on 16 electronic pads. ASADI’s artistry derived from a lifetime passion in writing songs, first learning piano at the age of 5. In high school, his parents gifted him with a drumpad and some persian instruments he never knew existed. This flipped a switch and birthed the 10 year voyage to who he is today. From his diligent hustle on social media, from a thousand hours of perfecting is craft live, and from the constant desire to create truly extraordinary music, a precious die-hard following has inevitably grown to represent the sound of ASADI Worldwide.

Hailing from the sunny south coast town of Bournemouth, Paddy Thorne has played an active part in the local and national electronic scene since the early 1990's, both as a DJ and as a live performer. Perfecting his art at now legendary Bournemouth nightclubs (Nobles, Dusk Till Dawn), he is adaptable, non-genre-specific (house, techno, electronica, drum n bass, breaks, oldskool...) and knows how to read a crowd. From 1995 to 1998 Paddy regularly played at several well known London nightclubs (Ministry 0f Sound, Bagleys, Cloud 9, Hanover Grande, The Cross) and promoted parties through the Students Union, bridging multiple campuses to create larger sell-out events. From 2000, Paddy worked on his own nights at Bartonka (Bournemouth, unfortunately defunct since 2002) and worked closely with the club managers to promote club brands both as a live performer and as a DJ. Some of these nights are legendary in the local scene, specifically Cut n Paste, an event based around live performance. Artist based, No rules. Paddy played keyboards and DJ'd at all events. From 2002-2017, he worked with multiple well known local brands at The Winchester (the new name for Bartonka and a cracking club), including Terminal, Back in the Dark and Special Branch, playing deep, techy house to often crowded dancefloors. Unfortunately, The Winchester closed in 2017. With the close of this iconic club, Paddy diversified and moved across to the festival circuit, joining forces with Shush Silent Disco and has since played Oldskool Hardcore (1990-1993) as a Shush resident at Camp Bestival, Stargazy Rum and Big Bike Bash. Paddy currently hosts regular live online radio shows on Stream 101 Radio and Beach Radio, playing brand new house, techno and electronica from around the world. These shows usually hit the top 20 in Mixcloud charts. Aside from DJing, since 2011 Paddy Thorne has also released his own original tunes and remixes through Alien Imprints (Alien Recordings), Loose Connection, Twisted Recordings, Kidology London, Fett Recordings, Base Music, EJ Underground (now Krafted Underground), Dekoded Records, LW Recordings and Slider Trax. He has just been signed to a very well known label (a secret at the moment) and is currently writing his second album. Paddy Thorne has loads more stuff in the bag and after a long break (Covid!!!), he cannot wait to get back into it!

Fulu Miziki is a collective of artists who comes straight from a future where humans have reconciled with mother earth and with themselves. This multidisciplinary collective of artists is based in the heart of the Congolese capital city Kinshasa and was founded by Pisko Crane. For several years now, it’s founder Pisko has spent an amount of time conceptualizing an orchestra made from objects found in the trash, constantly changing instruments, always in search of new sounds. Couples of years ago, Pisko Crane joined efforts with performing artist Aicha Mena Kanieba who, with Le Meilleur, DeBoul, La Roche, Padou, Sekelembele, and Tche Tche formed the Eco-Afro-Futuristic punk ensemble Fulu Miziki. Making our own performance costumes, masks and instruments is essential to their approach of Fulu Miziki’s musical ideology. Their unique sound supports a pan-African message of artistic liberation, peace and a severe look at the ecological situation of the Democratic Republic of Congo and the whole world. For Fulu everything can be recovered and re-enchanted.

I go by KOLA, and draw influences across an eclectic spectrum of Hip Hop, R&B and Electronica legends to pen my unique blend of feel-good Electronic Soul. As a multi-instrumentalist and singer, I strive to produce quality soundscapes that are rich in colourful Synth sounds, tasty drum patterns, soulful chord progressions, and atmospheric textures.
