Most recently post pandemic I've been playing drums for other artists and expanding my home recording setup to work remotely. The Canvas Group is a producer duo, Nic Gracia and Rob Marshall, based in San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles. The two have been making music together for over a decade and since opening their studio in 2015, have over 200 releases with more than 40 artists without the help of outside management, a publishing house, or label support. I’m a classically and jazz trained piano, organ and synthesizer player, performer and songwriter. I’m a touring member of Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds and also currently tour and record with Elle King, Valerie June and Nicole Atkins. I have also performed or recorded with Ann Wilson, Norah Jones, Brian Wilson, Donald Fagen, Bozz Scaggs, Spooner Oldham, David Hood and many others.

Hello there! My name is Chase Potter and I am a violinist and multi instrumentalist who records and performs in multiple genres of music. I am a musical director and touring musician based in the UK, with over a decade of experience working on live shows. As Musical Director for Ellie Goulding (2009-2019), I crafted and developed her live show, from her first ever full band show in 2009 to worldwide arena tour (Delirium) in 2016. I worked as Live Music Producer on the Mumford & Sons Delta world tour in 2018, and have worked with a diverse list of artists from Clean Bandit, Sigrid, Aurora and Tom Walker. Alongside touring I have played on Ellie records (Lights, Halcyon, Brightest Blue), created educational content (Ableton Live for Drummers, 2018), run a small business (Artclub Live) and create content for music industry companies (Focusrite Pro, Gretsch Drums). I also made a short film too. (Paper Planes & Playground Games - on tour with Ellie Goulding 2010). I work remotely out of my drum tracking and production facility in the North West of England, creating sample libraries, instrumental music and arrangements for live performance. I'm an obsessive collector of analogue effects units and tape machines.

Hi there! A little about me: I have been playing drums for 14 years and have a Bachelors Degree studying music at Berklee College of Music. I have also been performing professionally for the past 8 years and have been based in Los Angeles for over 4 years. In that time I have been able to perform and tour with artists and bands such as Derek Hough, Sofia Reyes, JMSN, and many more. When Im not on the road, I am playing local shows LA as well as recording drums for a variety of artists in my custom built home studio.

I go by KOLA, and draw influences across an eclectic spectrum of Hip Hop, R&B and Electronica legends to pen my unique blend of feel-good Electronic Soul. As a multi-instrumentalist and singer, I strive to produce quality soundscapes that are rich in colourful Synth sounds, tasty drum patterns, soulful chord progressions, and atmospheric textures.

My name is Evan Deubner and I've been playing, writing, and recording music for nearly 20 years. I currently play bass guitar for a praise and worship band every Friday night in Branson, MO which is streamed live on YouTube. I've recorded 4 of my own albums and 2 other albums with bands I played with. I continue to write and record my own music. I play guitar, bass, keyboard and I sing. I produce everything myself including the mixing and editing. I'm very good at jumping into a new project and producing results right away. I love working with other musicians no matter what level they are at. Every new project is an opportunity to further my learning and understand of music. My favorite band that I've played in is called Futants. Ethan Otto played drums and Matt Pachymyer played bass and did some vocals. I played lead guitar and did lead vocals. Being in a 3 piece is a lot of fun because it challenges you to step up as a musician. Every one of us had to perform well in order for it to work. And sometimes it didn't work! But when we finally started finding our groove, it became really incredible to play with those guys. Aside from playing music, I enjoy writing code which is also my profession. I've created several of my own apps including one that assists those who don't know how to look for good music. It uses my own custom criteria to search for full albums on YouTube and then searches the comments for words like 'Phenomenal', 'Masterpiece', 'Amazing'. I still use it and I've been able to find tons of bands through this automated app which I think is so cool. I'm a recovered alcoholic with 5 years of sobriety. This period of my life was difficult to say the least but I truly believe I'm a better person on this side of it. It shaped my life in ways I never thought possible. I continue to help suffering addicts find the same road to recovery that I found. As a studio session player, I'm confident that I have what it takes to step into any situation and be able to listen and deliver what the artist wants in a timely manner. I consider myself a 6-string electric guitar player first but I'm very comfortable playing bass as well. I also play keyboards for accenting other parts or adding ambience. Or as a synth lead when I feel like it's a better fit than a guitar. I'm not near as comfortable jumping in as a session keyboard player but I do believe I'd be an asset to any project needing keys. I'm a drummer and producer raised in New York City. Stylistically I would describe my sound as a hybrid of Punk-Rock energy, mixed with Dance-Club flair. Nirvana meets Electronica, and all points between. Hello all. My name is Ryan Sands. I'm a young, dynamic drummer from Connecticut with the aspirations of being one of the greats in modern Jazz music. As a musician, I prioritize feel, subtleties, and rhythm when I'm working. My style of play has led me to work with Phil Markowitz, Dominque Eade, and being a rotating member in the Christian Sands Trio. Currently mans the drum chair for the upcoming New York-based Free Improve collective, Altus, featuring David Adewumi, Isaac Levein, Neta Ranaan, and Nate Reising. For the last couple of years I've been leading my own trio, the Ryan Sands Trio, and this fall I'll be releasing my debut record, Standing on the Edge of Tomorrow. My main musical influences are Brian Blade and the Fellowship Band, Thelonious Monk, Bill Whiters, Tyler The Creator, and Organized Noize. I play the Golden Throat Talkbox, using a Yamaha DX-100 a la Roger. I have since 1995 when I befriended Roger Troutman on a tour through California. Roger gave me the secrets to his sound and his production techniques, guitar riffs, gear and how he plays the Talkbox. You need some Talkbox work a la Roger, or some funk guitar a la, Roger, then get with the best. R.I.P. Roger Bray Gurnari, is credited on 6 tracks of the debut “Revolution’ LP with the Punk Funk Mob.
