I'm a session/touring acoustic and electric bass player based in Warsaw Poland. I specialise in acoustic genres in the broadest sense (actually any that require live instruments). I have a home studio and can provide pro quality bass parts for your tracks. I have a wide variety of vintage and modern instruments and amps. I also work as an arranger, copyist and mixing engineer.

Matthew Weber is currently associate principal bassist of the Karlovy Vary Symphony Orchestra, a core member of the Czech National Symphony Orchestra, and a member of the North Czech Capella (North Czech Chamber Ensemble). He has recently performed with The Halle Orchestra as guest assistant principal bass, and played as principal bassist under the late Ennio Morricone on his final European tour. Matthew holds a master of music degree from the Juilliard School. He has recorded for Deutche Grammophon, Universal Records, Phillip Glass, soprano Teodora Gheorgihu, Albany Records, BMOP/Sound (Boston Modern Orchestra Project), and has recorded numerous movie scores with the Czech National Symphony. Recent recordings include the double bass part for Goosebumps The Musical, and as bass guitarist on a full length EP with the metal band Eros. I’m a session bass player currently residing in Bloomington IN, and have played on recordings with artists as diverse as Passenger to Declan O'Rourke to Paloma Faith. I'm versed in recording bass tracks for artists all over the world in my home studio. The internet is an amazing place for people to connect, and I’ll provide bass for your project. I’ve recorded/worked with Rick Rubin, Angus & Julia Stone, Dope Lemon, Tom Freund/Ben Harper, Brett Dennen, Passenger/Ed Sheeran, and Paloma Faith among many.

I am a bass player-composer based out of Bucks County, PA after 10 years in Brooklyn, NY. Working with artists such as Demi Lovato, Grace VanderWaal, H.E.R. and Big Data, my expertise is in musical time, tonality and feel. Bass player, mixing engineer and producer based in Montreal. On bass selection: from Standard to esoteric I’ve got you covered. Fender Precision into an Ampeg B-15 with Fet 47 microphone and direct line, recorded through an API preamp and API compressor, is great standard. It is deep, organic, punchy and sits in the mix perfectly. Other sounds: A Gibson hollow-body bass, a Fender Mustang, a Rickenbacker, a Jazz Bass, A slapped or picked Music Man, Synth bass, Fuzz bass, a Spector or Steinberger... No problem! Great bass tone is my thing. Effects: I’ve extremely lucky to have worked with thousands of artists in effects selection to craft the sounds that inspired their next song. If you can dream of the sound, I'll generate it. Mixing: Today I use Universal Audio plug-ins. In the past I've recorded with Neve and SSL consoles, used all the outboard gear, recorded to tape. So that sound is in my DNA. Mixing in the box allows me to make revisions more quickly, work on multiple projects simultaneously and work from anywhere. I do miss the days of being in downtown studios, Mixing on SSL consoles, (...but not that much.) The results from mixing in the box today 100% using plugins at home with my monitors, are as good or better. But more importantly it’s simpler to modify older projects and work when I’m inspired. Tracking: I still like old School tracking. Live performance through tube microphones and live instruments, as much as possible, is my preference) (depending on the genre) editing as sparingly as possible. I believe in honest, live, emotional human performance. Sequencers are great (when appropriate) and I love locked in tracks, but if it can be performed by a human, the results are usually much better. I am a stickler, and I work with solid players with high standards. On guitars: I've worked with dozens and dozens of vintage and boutique guitar amps and cabinets. From amp settings to miking techniques to pedal & amp combinations, Real-world reaping or Kemper Profile or VST, I can help your guitar tracks sit just right. I can do acoustic tracks, funk or pop rhythm guitars, top-line hooks, ambient guitars, rock riffs, and synth-guitar. If you need a referral for a specialty session musician, I can recommend plenty and host and run the session to get the best tones and performances, while tracking the session Live or by re-amping. Or in a remote session. Keyboards: I'm a sound designer so programming classic analog synths patches is my specialty. I program patches on MOOG grandmothers, MOOG Phatty or the MOOG ONE or VSTs. Or vintage Roland analog poly synths ( the JX8p is my current coups de cœur) Synth bass: MIDI, or Analog Moog-bass, Roland GR-77B Synth bass or Roland Gr300 synth guitar lines & pads for pop, indy, industrial, or soundtracks. maybe you need to double a track that's already been laid down. Maybe you're producing a band and need a ghost to replace the existing tracks... Doable Partnership: A partner to help carry the project forward who can keep the big picture in mind. I have a degree in both Music and Economics. I am always gigging, recording, and touring. I ran an SSL-equipped studio and a Tone boutique downtown Montreal. I've been a national brand manager (Zoom) and franchise development manager. I am a producer and music maker living in Los Angeles. Yes I'm a bass player haha but my specialty as a creator has been working with an eclectic range of artists both in the studio and on stage around the world. My sound is highly seasoned and I am all about adapting to each artist I work with. I will add great energy to your project no matter the means in which we work together!! I've been studying electric bass and trumpet from a young age. I graduated from conservatory in trumpet and jazz music and have since been dedicated myself to making musical arrangements. While concluding my studies, I started my professional career with various groups. I participated in courses at Umbria Jazz, Siena Jazz, Vienna, New York, etc. . In the 80's I made recordings of pop music for Pierangelo Bertoli, Loredana Berte, Aida Cooper, Fred Bongusto, Rocky Roberts, Umberto Bindi, Vladi Tosetto, Manuela Villa, Raoul Casadei, Tanita Tikaram, and others. In 1990 I moved to the United States for studies and professional experience. Since 1992, I've owned and operated a professional recording studio in Italy, working with various editors, such as Ariston, Fabbri, Universal, Hobby & Work, Caligula, RCA, CGD, and RTI Mediaset. Composer of over 100 songs for television themes, documentaries, circus & show music, films, and background music for advertising (RTI Mediaset and RAI trade) up until 2014. In 2002 and 2003 I conducted the festival "Mara & Meo" in Switzerland for the national network IST. In 2007 I produced a group "Khorakhanè" with whom I also directed in the 57th Annual Sanremo Festival of Song. Since 2016, I've played as the leader in my live quartet as a trumpeter, for which I arranged covers and my own tracks. From 2015 to 2018 I've toured as the bass player and arranger for the Casadei Orchestra. Since 2018 I've been focussing on freelance as a music producer and recently started expanding my brand reach via Spotify, Fiver and other platforms.

I'm a bassist/composer/producer born and raised in Decatur, Illinois now living in Brooklyn, NY. Besides leading my own electro-jazz project with drummer Dana Hawkins, I've also performed or recorded with Allan Holdsworth, Tigran Hamasyan, Fredrik Thordendal, Cory Wong, Louis Cole, Virgil Donati, Wayne Krantz, Mark Guiliana, Victor Wooten, Elliot Moss, Mitski and more. As a composer, I've written tracks for brands like AT&T, HBO, IMAX, NPR, Dallas Cowboys, and Entertainment Tonight.

My name is John Gray, I'm a professional upright and electric bassist, guitarist, composer and producer. I am a jazz musician by trade, but I have experience working with world class classical, jazz, broadway, rock, pop and singer-songwriter artists. I'm available for remote recording on bass; I am a very versatile musician who can play just about any style on the upright bass (bowed or pitz) or electric bass (4 string, 5 string or fretless). Paying attention to detail and making sure my clients are happy with the finished product are extremely important to me, I really look forward to collaborating!

I've performed in 30 countries on 4 continents. I've also Music Directed lots of different artist across many different genres. The shows have been performed everywhere from small clubs, to arenas internationally. As a producer, I've produced and played on 30+ commercial releases, podcasts, commercials, etc. I have also released my own music under my name (Grant Zubritsky), as well as under the moniker GZGZ.
