Eric Nealante Phillips known professionally as Nealante aka Neo is a American record producer, songwriter and audio engineer. He received widespread acclaim as an engineer in 2022 after becoming the sound mixer for the Box-office hit movie Avatar: The Way of Water.

I'm a full-time musician working on all different types of music at almost every stage. From developing artists and their ideas to recording almost every type of instrument and mixing them to full-fledged songs. My main instrument is the piano and all other keyboards and synths. As a classical trained vocalist I enjoy recording and coaching vocal recordings. As I'm working at 106hz Studio space along with other producers/musician/creatives I have a large number of colleagues at hand that I can entrust with a lot of different aspects in the creation of music - I think it's crucial that the people working on a project match in terms of integrity and style.

Hey there, my name is David, but I go by D4. I'm a music project manager, freelance music marketer, artist assistant, blogger and content creator. I'm a swiss army knife when it comes to helping artists. I’ve had a hand in almost every aspect of a music career, except the making of music itself. This includes booking, performance contracts, planning & executing music releases, web design, membership sites (Patreon), e-commerce (Squarespace), producing social media content, tour management and online marketing. I play the Golden Throat Talkbox, using a Yamaha DX-100 a la Roger. I have since 1995 when I befriended Roger Troutman on a tour through California. Roger gave me the secrets to his sound and his production techniques, guitar riffs, gear and how he plays the Talkbox. You need some Talkbox work a la Roger, or some funk guitar a la, Roger, then get with the best. R.I.P. Roger Bray Gurnari, is credited on 6 tracks of the debut “Revolution’ LP with the Punk Funk Mob. Recently in 2020, Johnie had recording credits with, Too Short, Baby Bash, and The Punk Funk Mob’s respective singles to be released in 2021.

Fi is a London based sound engineer, mixer and producer. Her artist portfolio includes Amahla, Amy Gadiaga, Plumm, Kokoroko, Blue Lab Beats, Emma-Jean Thackray, Sophia Thakur, Neev, Hanakiv, And Is Phi, amongst many others. Beginning as a runner at Strongroom Studios in Shoreditch, she gained invaluable experience working amongst some of the most knowledgeable and creative engineers and producers in the industry. She progressed to an assistant role, working with artists such as Jorja Smith, Mark Ronson, Pussycat Dolls, Miles Kane, Ben Abraham, Ravyn Lenae and more. In early 2019 she began freelancing at Red Bull Music Studios in Covent Garden, where she engineered on a regular basis as well as running engineering workshops for Normal Not Novelty. She has engineered and assisted regularly at other well-known studios such as Urchin, Snap, Metropolis and more, as well as working at virtual instrument company Spitfire Audio as a sample developer.

Matty Harris, a Los Angeles based mixing and mastering engineer, began his career as an award-winning drummer, touring with bands at just 14. After studying Music Production and Engineering at Berklee College of Music, he worked in Boston's top studios, producing and mixing Sammy Adams' debut album, which hit #1 on iTunes independently. Moving to LA, he contributed to Kelly Clarkson's Grammy-winning "Stronger" and co-mixed an album with Travis Barker and Lil Huddy. In 2019, he was selected to study with industry legends Jaycen Joshua and Dave Pensado in France. Matty runs an online mixing and mastering service, focusing on helping independent artists compete with major labels. His portfolio includes collaborations with artists from Atlantic, RCA, WB Records, and more, including Huddy, Cuco, A$AP Rocky, Logic, and Lil Yachty.

Dani is a London-based multi-platinum selling songwriter, artist, vocal producer, and DJ.
