I am a musical director and touring musician based in the UK, with over a decade of experience working on live shows. As Musical Director for Ellie Goulding (2009-2019), I crafted and developed her live show, from her first ever full band show in 2009 to worldwide arena tour (Delirium) in 2016. I worked as Live Music Producer on the Mumford & Sons Delta world tour in 2018, and have worked with a diverse list of artists from Clean Bandit, Sigrid, Aurora and Tom Walker. Alongside touring I have played on Ellie records (Lights, Halcyon, Brightest Blue), created educational content (Ableton Live for Drummers, 2018), run a small business (Artclub Live) and create content for music industry companies (Focusrite Pro, Gretsch Drums). I also made a short film too. (Paper Planes & Playground Games - on tour with Ellie Goulding 2010). I work remotely out of my drum tracking and production facility in the North West of England, creating sample libraries, instrumental music and arrangements for live performance. I'm an obsessive collector of analogue effects units and tape machines.

I am a multi-instrumentalist, audio engineer, producer, arranger, and composer based in Nashville, Tennessee. With years of gigging and session playing as a musician under my belt, I am able to provide tracks on keyboards, piano, bass, and other instruments with extreme versatility and quick turnarounds. My experience engineering both live shows and studio sessions provides me with exceptional audio mixing and mastering capabilities for your sessions. In a world crowded with noise and opinions, multi-instrumentalists Ryan Baker-Barnes finds meaning in crafting songs that are atmospheric and emotive. In a world of so many words, Akaroa's instrumental approach allows the listener to escape the confines of the world around them through haunting melodies, captivating textures and thoughtful grooves; music that is equal parts nostalgic and hopeful. Drawing on inspirations such as Tycho, Washed Out, M83 and The Naked and Famous, Akaroa blends ambient guitar-scapes with reverb-washed synths and live drums; blurring the lines between downtempo, chillwave and IDM. The result is invitingly lush, warm and organic. Ryan is also a song writer for the Church Revival Fires. Ryan has lived in the UK for 2 decades, after immigrating from Zimbabwe to pursue opportunities in musical expression. Ryan lives and writes in Dudley, the West Midlands, a region resonating with a new narrative inspired by a rich history. A fitting location for this moody music of hope.

Born in Puerto Rico, DALLAS / NY PRODUCT JADE CRESPO had Entrepreneurial aspirations before launching an artist and writing career. He reportedly began performing, writing, djing and producing professionally at the age of 20 working with his child hood Idols. While working in the studio Jade was very technology an computer savvy and always doing remarkable things that where ahead of his time. He has always been able to make miracles happen in and out the studio. People used to always refer to Jade as a Genius and eventually the name stuck he changed the ‘G’ to a “J” and Jade Jenius emerged. ! He dominated the UNDERGROUND scene and sparked a huge buzz in 2006 by performing his underground hit single “Hustleman pt.1” in most major venues in Hollywood in just a year. Jade has just recently graduated from Musicians Institute (Hollywood) with a BA in Music Business w/ an Entrepreneurial extension making that his 3rd degree in music. He also has a Sound Engineering Degree from Los Angeles Recording School. ! As an up and coming urban music artist and producer, Jade has worked with the industries top Artist, DJs and Celebrities such as Sleepy Brown, Snoop Dogg, Sauce Money, George Clinton aka P-Funk, E-40, Tash (Tha Liks), LiL Zane, DJ Evil- E (Ice-T), Ras Kass, RZA and Method Man (WU-Tang Clan), TYGA, King Pharaoh, ROSCOE (DPG), LiL Flip, Chingy, Layzie Bone (Bone Thugs-N-Harmony), Carmen Electra, Trey Songz, Ne-Yo, Corey Clark & Frankee Razor (Both American Idol finalist), Da Luniz, 4 Rax (of the Mekanix) just to name a few along with many underground and up and coming artist. Jade is currently working on his Trap & HipHop based album with Multi-Platinum Artists & produced by him.
