My name is Jeff Antoine Cote and I perform and produce music under the alias "Acote." I've been mastering my craft as a drummer, producer, and sound designer for over 15 years. I got my first drum kit when I was 2yrs old. Rythmic music has become where I find myself most naturally at home at. Q: What type of music do you usually work on? A: My take on RnB & Hip Hop is to grow the genre by experimenting similarlly to how glam rock formed into grunge Q: Can you share one music production tip? A: Being crazy on the production is fun, but the focus should always be on a well written song. Otherwise the song that is created is a polished turd. Q: How would you describe your style?
