I can't get behind how rappers use other writers ideas barely changing it put their face on it claim it's theirs and barely paying the artists who actually penned the lyrics. Kanlawia or Fug Mak (fiútsh mek), also known as EmmAKappa is a Mozambican rapper, where around the 90s and much due to the influence of hip hop artists such as Black Company, General D, MV Bill, Gabriel O Pensador, SSP among others, he became passionate about the art and culture of reporting the streets, on a daily basis. In early 2000, he co-founded one of the biggest hip hop groups in the north of the country, BROKEN HEADS, with well known songs such as Tapem as Mamas, Salário... they marked a time when it was only possible to make and publish hip hop with a lot of sacrifice. Nowadays, Fug Mak presents sounds with a lineage that is not divorced from the one that connected him to the art, but more evolved and current.
