I'm DARCIE, a Deaf singer-songwriter based in Birmingham, UK. I have grown up surrounded by music and have been influenced by artists such as Billie Eilish, Ed Sheeran & CIL. I pull together the genres of Alternative, Pop & Folk to bring an original sound that I hope makes you enjoy my music, as much as I enjoy making it. My first release "Be My Own Home" has over 40,000 views on TikTok, with it's fast-paced chorus it relates to the speed at which the stresses of life can get on top of you. I hope to have an EP out soon that can show you more of my unique style and so that I can share more of myself with listeners.

Been a studio/live guitarist for 10 years. Graduated from Berklee in Advance Audio Engineering. Interned with a multi award winning engineer/producer Jack Miele. Worked out of several high end studios around New Orleans before opening my own studio last year. Have written and recorded songs for Country and Pop artist. Had 2 of my own songs picked up by Warner Nashville and Disney for placement. My heart lies within the Country, Pop and Swing/Big Band genres. My studio consist of a 1200 sqft professionally designed live room with 22ft ceilings with a Yamaha Baby Grand, Yamaha Recording Custom, Black Beauty snare and too many others to list. Our large control room is also professionally designed. Pro Tools Mac based rig.
