Kevin Laurie is a talented musician and accomplished international DJ. He has been playing the piano since he was only four years old and started DJing in his early teens. Kevin has played all over the world, at a wide range of venues and countries including Australia, Ibiza, Spain, Greece, Bulgaria to name a few. He has also performed at festivals like Zanefest (UK), Guildfest (UK) and at venues such as the O2 (London) Kevin broadcasts a radio show working for his own label and has been in the industry for over two decades now. Previous notable labels he has worked with include Hed Kandi and Defected records under the alias Kev the Kev Laurie which can be heard or found on social media, including, YouTube, Facebook, Twitch and MixCloud amongst others. As well as a talented Pianist, Kevin also plays the Guitar and Saxophone and is working on new material to incorporate this into his music to bring a new sound to his portfolio.

I'm a Caribbean-raised rapper, songwriter, and producer i offer an energetic hiphop, atmospheric dancehall sound but I don't shy away from blending genres with lyrics half-sung, half-rapped, and often switching between English, Dutch & Papiamento. At a young age i moved to The Caribbean where i discovered other music styles that influenced my creativity to mix music with Papiamento (A Creole language containing elements of Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, English and French & African languages) to create a whole new mix of sounds that made me produce my own style. Known as ‘The 90s Guru’ Marquise’s path of trial and triumph has led him to a bigger purpose of helping others on their journey. Author, writer, poet, and mindset coach, Marquise has built his career on honesty and personal strength by owning his story, and walking in his truth. So here we are today and I was given the opportunity/challenge to partner in an internet radio station with a dear dear long term friend and work colleague of mine Don Keady ( who has spent many years as Presenter, Broadcaster and CEO of radio stations in Australia) who now lives in the UK. I am a dad too 3 beautiful children.. My life started young when i had to grow up fast becoming a man before i could be a kid. I grew up in a small town with a single mother of 3 children on low income without a father in any of our lives.
