Leonard Island is a BC based duo. They are Carl-Etienne Faust and Madeline Kang: a couple of nomadic vagabonds travelling full time for rock climbing, sea kayaking and the next interesting mining museum. The two met while living in the backroads of The Okanagan. After a few campfire jams and impromptu busking sessions, they decided to band together and get serious about producing their debut EP, “November, November Again”. The EP was written and recorded within three days in November of 2020. After the release in July 2021, they performed an intimate release concert in Squamish, BC. Since their debut show, they have released a live performance video of “Waterfall” on Youtube. Their recent projects also include recording their next single “Lighthouse” which is set to release December 2021. Branwen Munn is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, producer and DJ based in Carmarthenshire, west Wales. ​ She offers a wide range of music related services, delivering high quality with versatility and insight. Branwen started piano lessons at the age of 4. While in secondary school her passion for music developed and she taught herself guitar, bass and drums, taking every opportunity to experiment with four-track recorders, synthesisers and drum machines. She played regularly in rock bands at venues throughout the south west of England. During the early 1990s Branwen was one of the first students in the world to graduate with a BA(Hons) in Popular Music and Recording at University College of Salford. Following her studies, she forged a career in London as a freelance sound engineer, musician, and producer, working on recordings and live events with pioneering and diverse artists including 4hero, Talvin Singh, Terry Callier, Biddu, Madonna and Lady Miss Kier. Branwen's involvement in theatre music began when she relocated to west Wales in 2002. Since then, she has created original music for a wide variety of Cardiff-based theatre work, notably “Heart of Darkness” and “My Life in CIA” for Give it a Name, “Yuri”, "Les Miserables" and “Singing the Subject” for August 012, “LoveCraft (Not the Sex Shop in Cardiff)” and comedy music videos for Carys Eleri, and “Hitch” for Mary Bijou Cabaret. Toby Tune has been writing music since he was 12 years old. He formed the group THE H.T.3 and had a hit single "Cool Breeze". A few years later, he was in Minneapolis' BLUE SANDELWOOD SOAP. They mellowed out their audiences with 40 original songs in strange meters and time signatures. Since then, he partnered with Gregg Kubera in a studio group called THE CLIENT BROTHERS where hundreds of original songs in all manner of styles were created.They have 5 albums out with the newest “Songs for the Aged” released in 2020. Since moving to glorious Costa Rica, he recorded The Lost Secret with a guitar player from Russia. Toby now has 6 solo CD's of every style imaginable in his pursuit to write music for the movies in his mind. Awards include an original score for the self produced DVD "DOGGIE ADVENTURE", Target commercials, music on HGTV, 2 years top 5 overall winner in the international Broadjam Music 6 Pack contest and others. Recently one of his songs was selected for season 6 of Mad Men TV series.
