BLACK LOVE (ENTERTAINMENT INC {2010}, ENTERPRISES LLC {2018}) was established in 2004 by Casem “Supreme Sun” Gascot and Ebony “QueenHu$tle” Green with the release of Supreme’s debut “The Black Love EP”. The couple saw the lack of unity in the community and felt an obligation to independently manufacture and distribute quality music. The Black Love EP sold over 50k copies with gorilla marketing. Black Love Ent. Continued to produce albums such as “Product of Tha 70s” by QueenHu$le, “Little Afrika” by Supreme Sun, “My Mixtape” by Co$mos Tha Great, “Birthday Boy” by Kivie $elod and featured with a host of other artists. The couple also formed a group called “Mannie & Wifey” which centered around Conscious Rap and Hip Hop Soul with the release of “Who’s on a watch my Kids.” The couple adjusted to the industry by creating in-house Marketing strategies and formed the Multi-Media Company now known as Black Love Enterprises. Black Love Ent. merged with Jeremey “Jewlz” Newell to produce projects for the Film Division of Black Love Ent. Supreme Sun and Jewlz Branded The Black CNN (Conscious News Network) which hosted several projects such as Ghetto TV, an urban media platform for main steam artist and independent artist to showcase their brand while offering spotlights on the grassroots community and political figures. Interviews and spontaneous cultural activity explains a small fraction of what the Volumes of Ghetto TV showcased. The company has grown into an Enterprise offering a Full range of Multi-Media Services to Merchandising & Apparel. DJ Animal Vegetable Mineral is the latest project by the prolific but under-published songwriter/producer Django Voris of experimental group Fates with PJ Norman and indie electro pop band Batfog with Alex Cox. His first solo songwriting project "Constantopolis" was an attempt at psychedelic pop with elaborate production that called in the help of long-time collaborators Seth Garrison and PJ Norman. His latest project DJ Animal Vegetable Mineral sees him return to his electronic roots to produce midi-based, beat-heavy psychedelic electronica that's meant entirely to be fun and even a little ridiculous while being unexpected, memorable and ultimately DANCEABLE. I'm a musician, producer, composer, and designer with a diverse range of experiences in the music world, such as working as a reverend music leader at a church for several years, being a member of the indie rock band Mercies, and touring/performing with various artists such as Scary Kids Scaring Kids, Bad Things, Erick Serna, Mereki, et al, including performances on VH1 and NBC’s Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. I'm also behind a personal project, Megabloom. As a musician, I am equipped with a B.A. in music performance, with a primary in bass guitar and secondary in piano. I am available for touring or studio work on bass, keys and guitar. As a producer/engineer, my body of work isn't super established quite yet, which is why I am offering my services of producing, mixing, composing, scoring for free or very cheap in order to build a portfolio.
