U2XProductions Detroit primarily focuses on dance music and all of it's variations from electronic to deep house. Having worked with artists from Detroit to artist in the UK. Label artist have included, Niko Marks, Amp Fiddler, Dwight Adams (trumpeter for Stevie Wonder), Unit 2, 365 Blak, Trina, BXT and many more. I have released 2 independent CDs of original songs. I am currently mixing and mastering the tracks for my upcoming third release called The Gap Between. I am also available for Mixing and editing. I can also play instruments for your tracks.

A soulful saxophonist who can record saxophone solos, compose and record saxophone sections/backing and harmonies on your Hip Hop, LoFi, Soul, R&B, Jazz and Pop songs. I produce a mixture of R&B, Hip-Hop, Soul and electronic music and have a library of finished beats to be sold exclusively to you. All recordings are done with state of the art SSL Pre Amp with a high quality condenser microphone. I have a different choice of saxophones and mouthpieces to tailor the tone of the recording for a better end product. I can also play keys/piano on the genres mentioned above.

Michael Alan is an incredibly disciplined self taught guitarist/composer. The evolution of his sound combines the energy of hard rock with blues influences aiming to create Soulful music that resonates emotionally and personally. His guitar is his ‘voice’ and words are his music that expresses what words fail to say through sheer melody, tonality, dynamics and most of all …emotion. Top Acts like Pablo Nouvelle, The Souls, Baschi and Lucas Vidal hired Niklaus as an arranger, session violinist and live performer. Besides his classical background, he works with musicians from different genres. His musical taste is spot on while his versatility to play in different genres became his trademark among producers around the world. I do everything from recording and/or overdubbing violin and viola parts that fits your song or making a whole string arrangement for string quartet that gets recorded in my studio. Bernie Gresham III is a co-founder of the Urban Gypsies Music Group Chicago and mentor to many; since co-founding the UGMG Chi in 2003, he has taken many artists under his wing, helping them to flourish. Having studied music since he was in the womb and learning to play the sax at the age of ten, Bernie writes and produces not only R&B and Hip-Hop, but he is also dedicated to R.A.I.S., or Rhythm And International Soul, putting out tunes designed to tug at your emotions and raise your consciousness. This quiet but affecting gentleman, however, is not content to just produce what sounds good to the ear, as he has a bigger plan in mind, with his forward-thinking ProX persona strongly inspiring musical artists. He writes songs with a message, hoping to change the world for the better, bridging the gap between traditional music and instruments and the new technology. Thus returning a soul and feeling to the music industry that has been missing for quite some time...

With an understanding of sounds and their meaning to one another, as well as their meaning to the natural world, one can begin to feel a calmness. I aim to extend this to the listener. With over a decade of audio/visual production experience, I have developed a proficiency in workflow, artist and time management. Using a mix of dedicated hardware and software, I believe the hybrid studio can offer the most versatile results. It’s not about having all the tools out there, but how well you can use what you have.

Originally from Mount Shasta, CA, Ted Taforo is a saxophonist, composer, and arranger based in Los Angeles. A graduate of the Eastman School of Music and CalArts, he has collaborated on major projects including Spoon’s GRAMMY-nominated album “Lucifer on the Sofa” and Efajemue’s JUNO-nominated “Aesthetics”. His music has been featured in major film and TV productions, including Netflix’s Chef’s Table and HBO’s Faye. Taforo has released nine albums, pushing the boundaries of contemporary jazz while staying deeply connected to its roots.
