I am excited to introduce myself as an experienced music professional and creative entrepreneur, specializing in music/video production, artist management and development. My name is Jason Alan, and I currently reside in Nashville, TN. My passion for music started at a young age, and I began playing the guitar, bass, piano, and synth when I was only seven years old. I continued my musical journey through high school, where I was part of the band and choir and formed my first band when I was only twelve. After completing a bachelor's degree in Music Business and Recording Arts from Full Sail University in Florida, I moved back to my hometown of Detroit and formed the band, "The Howling Loud” who gained regional success and opened for Misfits on a number of occasions. After experiencing success with my band and the unfortunate end of the project, I moved to Nashville, TN, where I helped build and now manage Sundog Recording Studio owned by grammy nominated producer and engineer, Michael Esser. During my time there, I have established myself as a successful producer and recording engineer, working with a variety of artists to develop their sound and improve their craft. Driven by my passion for music and my desire to help artists reach their full potential, I founded Beefy's All Originals, a company offering music production, management, artist development, booking, and other multimedia services, including design, video and photography, branding, web design and booking. During this time I also was retained as head of A&R and consulted for a growing EDM label out of Amsterdam called Epsilon Records. Born in the suburban Italian town of Augusta, a few kilometers outside of Siracusa, the 24 years old composer has always enjoyed pushing boundaries with his film soundtrack compositions. Award winner and nominated in several film festivals: Winner at Hollywood Music in Media Awards, Los Angeles CineFest, Miami WebFest and DieSerale for the best film score. He took part in different master classes with international pianists like Goran Filipec, Eduardo Hubert and Grammy Winner Vladimir Ashkenazy. Till now he composed more than 50 soundtracks that includes short films, feature films, documentary and tv spots. He released his first album Out of The Past in September 2019 through the record label INRI Classic. The album gained more than 10 millions streams on Spotify in less than a year since the release and was spotted by BBC 6 Music, KCRW, SOHO Radio, KEXP and other radios. In college, I studied classical guitar for nearly a decade with the famous Romeros family of Spanish guitarists. During this time I earned Bachelor's & Master's degrees in music. In 2012 I performed for the Dalai Lama and 13,000 in attendance at San Diego State University's Viejas Arena. I perform a variety of styles and I have performed at the L.A. Music Awards, the Sundance Film Festival, and at festivals in the US & Europe. In addition to performing, I have composed and recorded music for TV & film and produced award winning tracks.
