Albert "Lamont Sincere" Brown the Recording Academy® Grammy Voting Member and mix engineer for BE Audio Mixing and EngineEars. He was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York with an interest in music at a very early age. His inspiration came from watching my father singing and joining the church choir. Lamont majored in audio production at Full Sail University and really got his foot in the industry in 2014 when he mixed and produced the production for the Soul Train Music Awards for Centric. He was mentored by Doug E Fresh and worked out of his studio as a freelancer. His breakthrough happened with guidance from his manager Ethelie Evelyn, who both received the opportunity to mix for "Motown Records" new signee Cam Wallace and “Quality Control Music” recording artist Duke Deuce. Hello! I am a violinist/fiddler from London, Ontario Canada. I have been playing violin for the last 25 years. I love everything about the instrument. I completed my Bachelor's Degree in Music Performance and have been working professionally since 2004. I am proficient in classical, jazz, improvisation, country, traditional fiddle, celtic, rock, metal, hip hop, pop and electronic music. I have work as a freelance player and session musician and have toured with bands and artists internationally. I have also worked as a theatre performer, actor and singers as well as musical director and arranger since 2011. I have experience with electric violin and effects and also play the viola, mandolin and electric bass.

I like to apply my background towards my specialization (and particular interest!) in indie music (folk, rock, pop), acoustic pieces, and cinematic layerings, though I have worked with all genres across the local NYC scene for artists of all backgrounds. Whether I should emphasize different parts of lyricism (if any), become another "voice", or add dynamics to parts of the music that require ebb and flow, my hope is to build and support the sole message of the project. I am a huge fan of the collaborative process and always base off of the songwriter's intention as a first priority, therefore I am very flexible in the work progress, whether you have absolutely no idea what to do with strings, have some kind of idea, or have a part/general skeleton written out! Finally, I have extensive experience with overall music/creative management. My journey in this position had me build a following, create social media campaigns and strategy, work with UX designers for new branding, as well as getting projects featured. In addition, I have served as creative director of single/album releases, and was the forefront collaborator in instrumentation/arrangements and the mixing process.
