I am a New York City-based recording engineer, mixer, and aspiring producer. I have had almost a decade of professional experience working with a variety of major label artists and working under accomplished engineers and producers while coming up in the NYC recording studio scene. I am looking to share my experiences and skills in order to help bring your musical vision to life no matter where you are.

I am a 17 year career performer, altenating between the roles as saxophonist, keyboardist, composer, and educator. I specialize in live EDM, jazz, classical, hip hop, r n b, and funk. I've played in over 38 countries around the world for huge crowds, in 4 time grammy winner Esperanza Spalding's Radio Music Society 2012-2013. I received the Jerome Foundation Emerging Artist Grant 2014-2015, received a 3.5 star rating on Downbeat magazine for my 2018 album "Anomaly," and multiple other awards. I also received a Grammy Certificate for my feature on Esperanza Spalding's 2018 Album "12 Little Spells" which won the 2020 Grammy for Best Jazz Vocal. I specialize in electronic music, classic jazz, classical music, pop, composition and experimental music as well. I also have a live electronic dance band, Sistine Criminals that performs reverse engineered drum n bass, trap, hip hop, house music, and down tempo.

I'm a classically trained guitar player, and adore projects of any size and scope. Though my bread and butter is higher profile theatrical productions, I am constantly learning, teaching, and working on projects within the community, and across Canada.

I was one of the only African American students in a lot of my advanced classes growing up. Because of that, I had a lot more white friends than black friends. In American high schools, there are a number of cliques and social groups: preps, the jocks, stoners, emo-goths, anime/manga otaku, the athletes, the ratchet hood cliques, band nerds, theatre kids...There are so many! I don’t have time to discuss them all right now. I didn’t have many enemies and I tried to please everyone. A lot of people saw me as the black guy who “acted white”. I was friends with a lot of Caucasian students, so I was therefore black on the outside and white on the inside. I had no clue that this was racially discriminatory until I graduated from high school in 2013. Although it is easier said than done, that is my never ending goal as a human being. Also, the black and white represents the way I view a lot of concepts and statistics of the world. There are no gray areas. There are no new flavors. An original Oreo is an original Oreo. This cannot and never will be duplicated. It is one of a kind. Lastly, the nickname represents Yin and Yang, or balance and harmony, within myself and my beliefs. I have turned an oppressive and offensive name into something that gives me encouragement and strength. The Saturday Night Bob Club was formed with Electric Guitar player Tommy G and Acoustic Guitar player and amateur singer Victor Johnstone, after a talent show at their elementary school, Linden. They got back together the next year to have a jam in an RV and would later be recording with professional Bass player Cole Reed and Drummer Zander Brundage. The S.N.B.C. from Doylestown, PA is a Rockabilly/Country/Gospel themed group of young musicians who like to have a good time with music.
