I'm a Korean-Canadian musician and engineer based in Brooklyn, NY. I have been playing and mixing (touring/venues/studio) full-time professionally for 10 years. While I gravitate towards the soulful side of music with personal projects, I love listening to and working in varying specific genres like celtic folk, ambient instrumentals, hip-hop, death metal, classical, and generally experimental music. I also love post production work like ADR, foley, and fx.

My career began at Abbey Road Studios, where I developed my craft alongside some of the most revered audio minds in the business. Working on material from iconic artists like The Beatles Kate Bush, and Coldplay. Since then, I've had the honour of working on diverse projects for artists like Metronomy, Flownn, Dexy’s Midnight Runners, Indiana, Ladybyrd, and many more. The songs I've worked on have amassed millions of plays on Spotify, and have been play-listed on major stations such as BBC Radio 1. Sync success includes placements on advertisements and international TV shows such as Smart Car, WaterAid, Facebook, Amazon, Netflix, CBS, ABC, and Channel 4. As a musician I have performed globally including SXSW, Reading / Leeds, and Benicassim. I also make dance music and recently released music on Fatboy Slim’s Southern Fried Records.

I have 20 years of experience in pretty much every part of making music; from playing and touring in bands to recording and producing to mastering the Grammy-nominated Seal album "Standards" and the chart-topping single "ABCDEFU" by GAYLE, with 10 years (and counting) as LANDR's Senior Audio Engineer along the way. I work primarily in Indie, Americana, and Electronic genres, but really, I'm up for anything.

I'm a versatile vocalist with an expert ear for harmony and arranging. I feel comfortable and competent in a wide range of styles and sounds.

Dedicated and passionate professional aiming to stay on the cutting edge of today's ever-changing music industry. I've earned several Grammy nominations with artists such as Kanye West, Pusha T, Schoolboy Q and Maya - as well as a win for Erica Campbell's 2015 Grammy-winning album "Help". I have a diverse skillset spanning both the creative and technical sides of music, including tracking and mixing (studio or live), producing, performing and writing. Open to any and all music industry endeavors.
