I'm a producer, mixer and musician based out of Toronto. Most of my projects involve producing a full band, or working with a singer-songwriter to help them achieve the sound in their head. My specialty is working with live instruments and organic sounds. I'm always happy to work on a production from scratch, or put a professional mix on something that you've already been working. Pretty handy in the kitchen and a wicked slapshot, too.

District 78 is a production team best known for their work on Dancing With The Stars (ABC), So You Think You Can Dance (FOX), and many other television shows, including America's Best Dance Crew (MTV), The Masked Singer (FOX), World of Dance (NBC). They have helped craft unique and memorable performances for these shows and for artists like Jennifer Lopez, Ciara, FKA Twigs, and Ne-Yo, and more. ? Their work creating unique musical interpretations for singers, dancers and choreographers allowed them to flourish in the television and film industry. In recent years, they have music directed projects including ABC's hit new show The Bachelor: Listen To Your Heart, FOX’s The Masked Singer and the Radio Disney ARDY awards, along with producing music for Netflix's series Spinning Out and feature film Work It. ? Their first independent album hit #6 on the iTunes electronic chart and they have since released 4 full-length albums, 2 motion picture soundtracks and countless singles, which have continued to chart on the Electronic and Dance charts. While they continue to evolve their signature sound, their work can be heard on many high-profile film, stage, and television productions.

I am a producer, songwriter, engineer, arranger and sound designer with going on 20 years professional experience in my field. I'm also an experienced DJ and remixer. I've written in so many genres and fusions of genres I lose track but in essence pop, trap, EDM plus various forms of indietronica are my core competencies. I love producing and songwriting and I want you to love it, too, without reservation. I mean, I don't want you to hassle with your DAW, struggle to understand mixing concepts like frequency separation or not have instincts to help you quickly and efficiently create impactful arrangements for your songs. I want you to be able to savor sound design, drum programming and sample manipulation, not procrastinate it because of technical hurdles. And I want you to know what plug-ins are best going to help you with your composition and mixing goals *before* you part with your hard earned money and precious time... among other things. If you are looking for additional production like a bunch of drum stems that are absolute fire in about any genre you can think of or some synths that almost leap out of the speakers at you, I've got you on that. Maybe you want to learn how to flip a sample six ways to Sunday and then some, well, I've got the knowhow. Maybe you need just someone to Melodyne those vox without watery artifacts or wrong notes and you guessed it... plus I'll probably give you some sick harmony ideas or a vocoder part to boot because vocal production is very much another one of my things. Perhaps you are more DIY but you really need a set of ears you can trust and some solid production or mixing notes, well, yeah, I'm that girl. I know what's up. And maybe, just maybe, you want someone to sit around with you for an hour and listen to a bunch of your favorite music and just free-associate about what's rad about it and talk about this crazy industry we're in and what makes it tick. Well, I'd really love that, too, and even though it's not straight up worky worky like heavy AT, I can almost guarantee you would come out of a discussion like that with an absolute ton of ideas and a spring in your step, primed to create. Because you know and I know that music is a fundamentally good thing and sometimes it's just invigorating to talk with someone who's going to help you peel back the layers of a compelling song and lead you to unexpected insights about it whether it's the production, the engineering, the songwriting, the arrangement, the performance or well... you get the idea. So, you know, I've got a lot to offer, skills that are both concrete and some that are more philosophical and esoteric. And probably some I'm just not thinking of at the moment. But mostly what I *want* to offer the kind of inspiration that comes from realizing the sandbox you are in is a lot larger than you thought originally. There's just so much out there and that's what keep me going day after day, an unending fascination with our invisible friend, sound. So, if you made it this far... maybe you want to reach out? First sessions are really great for song analysis and arrangement insights so if you have song you are polishing up, I'd love to be a part of that process. One last thing... I am also trans, queer and non-binary. I simply will not be able to help you if you are: homophobic, transphobic or (of course!) racist. Also, although no matter what your gender I will treat you and your music with kindness, respect, insight and emotional intelligence, I have a great deal of experience working with other queer artists and femmes and am utterly supportive of more diversity and fairness in the music industry. Dole & Kom met in Berlin’s Delirium record store, where both work as vinyl dealers. Complementary music taste and an evolving friendship are the basis for numerous mutual DJ gigs at all the mayor clubs around, like Tresor, E-Werk or WMF. Producing under the moniker Clubheroes, their first single ‘Dum Dum’ is released on Chicago’s prestigious Relief Records. Also, they join the artist roster of legendary Formaldehyd Records. The own label BCC Music is the next step in their artistic career. Founded in 1996, it is the creative launching pad for a massive output. The duo’s probably most famous project is Studio 45 with tracks being released on Azuli, Nervous Records and David Morales’ Definity Records. Under the name Studio 45, Dole & Kom play DJ and live sets all around the world, the title ‘Freak It’ even hits the Top 40 in the UK.  With their unique and independent style Dole & Kom match the musical ideal of Acker Records perfectly. There, they release their EP ’Trompetenkrähe’. 2012 they become an inherent part of the 3000° ensemble, perform at the legendary Wanderzirkus, Fusion, the 3000°Festival and SOS U.Ground. Furthermore the guys are touring worldwide with gigs in Hong Kong, Dubai, Turkey, Romania and Mexico. They release EPs on Voltage Musique Records, Bondage Music, Material Formatik and their europewide club hits ’Quetschkommode’ on Acker Records and ’Phara - Oh’ on 3000° Records (20 mio. plays on Youtube and 10 mio. on Spotify). Dole & Kom are also popular remixers. Highlights are their Reworks for Seth Schwarz or J.Patterson on Acker Records and Acid Pauli & Monolink on 3000Grad. In ’real life’ Dole & Kom are coaches for electronic music production at the noisy Academy Berlin. They are also working for Fresh Guide Magazin Berlin, writing and reviews for their blog DeathbyDisco.de.

When people ask what I do, I tell them, "I get the call, say yes, fasten my seatbelt and take it off at the appropriate time." From remixing Michael Jackson multitracks for two Cirque shows and an album on Sony, to putting together live shows for Rihanna, Cher, Tina Turner, Janet Jackson, Beck, to recording live shows for P!nk, to remixing a mashup for NKOTBSB, to performing audio post on three Madonna Blu-Ray DVD releases, I've been fortunate and blessed to work with the best of the best. Services available include audio editing, producing, mixing, mastering, stem preparation, live show playback production, keyboard/synthesizer programming and vocal tuning. I also play keyboards, tenor saxophone, bass, drums and guitar. Hi there, my name is Andrew and I've been doing music for more than 10 years, starting from dubstep in early 2008 and playing in the punk-hardcore band along.
