Tolga "TOBY" Mazhar is a singer, songwriter, producer and audio engineer. His earliest musical memories are the likes of D'Angelo, George Michael, Prince, Boyz 2 Men and Stevie Wonder.
In the recent years he has produced records for major artists in the Balkan region such as Elena Kitic, 2Bona, Raus and many more. He is widely considered to be of the most promising artists to have emerged from Eastern Europe.
We can define TOBY's musical style as "alternative R&B that is far from modern clichés, infused with a nostalgic feeling".
