About SountraXovourlives

DJ Double D is a Chicago-raised DJ, songwriter, and music producer from Chicago and based in Madison, Wisconsin. Blending hip-hop, R&B, and Chicago and Atlanta trap influences, he turns real-life experiences into music about family, struggle, resilience, ambition and Bangers for the Hoods and Clubs. A member of MF Boyz and founder of SountraXovourlives, Double D brings a DJ’s ear for rhythm and a storyteller’s heart to his original recordings. His music reflects a lifelong belief: “Music is hypnotic, and songs are the soundtrax of our lives.”
