Sakiemma, real name is David Dargaud, began to compose and produce rather instrumental albums with the sound of an film score in the 1990s. He composed music that mixes electronic and orchestra, respectfully inspired by Craig Armstrong with whom he will work on a project of music festival in the picture. In 2009 he also composed the title "Harmony Heaven" used in an Audi advertisement. Already very interested in samples and the diversion of sounds as instruments, he absolutely wants to tell stories through his compositions. In 2014, he wrote and directed the short film "Spoken Silence" on child abuse and composed the title "#ByYourSide" for the opening credits (and will appear in the album "#TheLake »). In 2019 the new album "Maelström" is released, with an characteristic sound signature mixing electronic, experimental sounds with organic and orchestral instruments. Each title of the album is taken from poems. At the beginning of 2020, numerous vocal samples come to rest on the compositions of sakiemma, and the first clip "My Paradise" comes to tell a story of toxic love and poisoned passions when "I have promised to keep" sounds like a film soundtrack on a clip telling of the downfall of two brothers. Sakiemma also composes soundtracks for advertising.
