My life changed exactly where every other independent artist did. My bedroom in 2017 where I grew my talents alongside my friends who believed I could make something out of myself doing something that I adored. My name is Malachi Peoples and I go by the stage name “Centric.” I aspire to connect with listeners and grow not only as an artist but as a person as well. I’ve collaborated with local artists such as Angelita Velez and Yor Ease. As a vocalist, rapper, and songwriter , I meticulously craft a story with every entry, ensuring every line carries meaning. I work across a plethora of genres that include pop, indie, RnB, hip-hop, and alt. But when inspiration strikes I’m bound to pull from any genre.
