Tomasz Mocny
About Tomasz Mocny
Tomasz Mocny is a genre-blending artist shaped by cassette tapes, classic rock, and Polish hip-hop. Inspired by Blackmore’s solos, Lord’s Hammond sound, and Kaliber 44’s poetic mysticism, he draws from blues, pop, funk, and metal—with the 80s leaving the deepest mark. As a bassist, he’s played in many bands, always adding a touch of groove and soul. He started with DIY instruments—buckets for drums, anything that made sound. His first guitar came from a kid’s TV show, and years later, he built his own Stratocaster by hand. Hearing “Stairway to Heaven” changed everything. The lyrics still echo in him: “Yes, there are two paths… but there's still time to change the road you're on.” Tomasz believes music can unite people beyond race, faith, or politics. He’s not chasing fame—he’s chasing purpose.
