Since meeting Richard Branson and helping found Virgin Music Group I've worked in all areas of the industry I've always worked in the independent sector, championing independent minded artists and companies who have passion for their music and integrity. I ran Virgin Artist Management (CEO), Virgin Records label (Deputy Managing Director) Virgin Music Publishers (CEO), Chrysalis Group Music Division (CEO), Stage Three Music (Founder/CEO). I've previously been a director of the Music Publishers Association, MCPS, Association of Independent Music (AIM) and PRS. I've worked with artists including Outkast, Sex Pistols, Aerosmith, Culture Club and Phil Collins. I'm an active music publisher and sit on the Boards of several music tech companies. I offer strategic advice to rights owners, artists, media and music tech companies, making available 40 years of experience and international contacts. I particularly enjoy advising startups and independent artists, combining deep knowledge of the traditional music industry and the new generation of disruptive music tech companies.
