Albert "Lamont Sincere" Brown the Recording Academy® Grammy Voting Member and mix engineer for BE Audio Mixing and EngineEars. He was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York with an interest in music at a very early age. His inspiration came from watching my father singing and joining the church choir. Lamont majored in audio production at Full Sail University and really got his foot in the industry in 2014 when he mixed and produced the production for the Soul Train Music Awards for Centric. He was mentored by Doug E Fresh and worked out of his studio as a freelancer. His breakthrough happened with guidance from his manager Ethelie Evelyn, who both received the opportunity to mix for "Motown Records" new signee Cam Wallace and “Quality Control Music” recording artist Duke Deuce.
