Shinji Wakasa

Born in Yokohama, Japan. Under the influence of his father who was a graphic designer, he became familiar with graphic design and music (jazz, classical etc...). In his early teens, he started being actively involved in the music scene . Building experience in live houses and club events in Tokyo, he re-learns music independently to pursue musicality of his own kind, while also seeking silence within his musicality realm. Shortly after building on his own experiences, he started working at Audio Suite studio in Tokyo and studied sound, music selection and recording, ranging from radio, TV commercials and game sound. Furthermore, the foundation of harmony and composition construction method was build through working with contemporary music composer Yasuzumi Tokubi and Masaru Onose (a guritarist and crazy ken band) Yu Sudo, an arranger actively involved in TV commercials and game music. In 2016, he established ‘’Hitsuji Otoseisakujo (Sound Production Center)’’ becoming a company representative.
