Micah Phifer

An independent singer/songwriter who writes out of both the good and bad that life has to offer, I do my best to put forth honesty and hope in any music I'm a part of. In addition to writing and producing my own music for several years, I have also been a part of multiple co-writing sessions for local projects as well as composed original instrumental backing tracks for various video and podcast projects. Aside from singing, I am a multi-instrumentalist (guitar, piano, drums) but tend to reach for the acoustic guitar most often. Some current songwriters I draw inspiration from include John Mayer, Bear Rinehart, Ben Rector, Jon Foreman, and Dave Barnes. I have a BA in Music Ministry and completed the Audio Engineering and Recording program at the Conservatory of Recording Arts & Sciences in Tempe, AZ.
