Chris Pidsley

Chris Pidsley is a young singer-songwriter from Gloucestershire currently based in London. Playing acoustic based pop and alternative style songs as well as electric guitar lead melodies. Pidsley originally comes from Gloucestershire and began playing guitar when he was 11. He first started writing songs at 16 and would play them at local school events. After moving to Plymouth for university at 19, Pidsley honed his song writing skills and began to play numerous open mics around the city and University, as well as busking where he could. Taking inspiration from his own life, Pidsley’s lyrics are powerfully honest and marry well with his unique vocals. Inspired by such artists as Newton Faulkner as well as Tom Misch and Honne, Pidsley has now played numerous venues around the London area including the Camden Assembly and Spice of Life to a warm reception. He plays a mixture of his own original material as well as popular covers in his own unique style
