Music is my passion. I have been writing lyrics ever since the age of 15. It started off with some small personal stuff such as my life experiences and what I was going through as I was growing up. I really got into wanting to make music with others when I started singing with a good friend of mine, Chris Michael. Something that I also really love to do is I also love to work with others whether it be helping me in my musical endeavors or someone else's. Being part of somebody else's direction in music is a wonderful thing to experience, and I enjoy doing that. I am very easy to communicate with, and I never put added pressure on anyone if something is needing to get done. I trust in the process as well as I trust the taste of the music I make both by myself and with others.

Fuminori Kagajo is a DJ and Producer based in Sapporo / Japan, since 1996, landing gigs alongside Frankie Knuckles and Ian Pooley among others in his home town. Kagajo makes house music that blends Jazz-funk and Latin-disco Music. No stranger to the international music circuit, Kagajo has released on the likes of DJ Spen’s “Quantize Recordings”, NY’s legendary House label “King Street Sounds”, UK’s popular House label “Makin’ Moves” and many more other labels. Also his track offered to compilation “Doin’ James” released from popular mush up label “G.A.M.M” . Kagajo was chosen in the Top 100 Soulful House Artists of 2016 in “Traxsource”. As imbedded into the tradition of 70’s jazz, funk and fusion as it is into 90’s Chicago, and New York house, this Japanese artist’s sound is swimming with soul – his musical past of live instruments and band projects makes its presence felt wherever you look, and for Kagajo’s first Album “TIMELESS” just released in 2018 from his own label called “scherzosketch Production” In this album, he collaborated with fantastic artist who are Angela Johnson, Tracy Hamlin, Mike City, Jaidene Veda, Nicole Mithchell and Japanese famous singer “chihiRo” and “Kaori Sawada” . One of the song in the album, got #8 Spotify Viral chart in Japan.Kagajo is also producing background music for Hotels, restaurant and also he making the music for TV commercials. Yo, Our names are Jack and Xavier, and we are Gin & Tonic. The first question we always get asked is: “Who is Gin and who is Tonic?”. The truth is we don’t know. We got the name from a random word generator in year 8 when we were trying to come with a catchy name to use when DJ’ed at our mates house parties. Since then, Gin & Tonic has become a musical venture between 2 best friends that changed our lives in more ways than we thought possible. We have thrived on music and used it to express our emotions, explore creative boundaries and mould our identities into who we are today. Currently we produce and work full time, but we would rather spend most of our time focusing on music. To put it simply, we want to make a career out of producing since it is what we are most passionate about. On a side note, we also want to quit our lame day jobs and stick it to our parents who didn’t let us go to producing school (don’t tell them we said that). Producing music has become much more than just hobby for us and we hope you are able to feel the same way about our music as we do. Our Sound: If anything, we can apply the word “electronic” to describe the music we make. We employ influences from genres spanning from classical to techno and we have a really refined musical taste. Lately we have been exploring a more downtempo sound, combing elements of RnB with deep house. Our latest release: “Like Me” is a bouncey mix of deep house and RnB. It was inspired by many popular Kaytranada hip hop instrumentals and features Anderson .Paak style vocal samples. Past Success: Our first Spotify release “Colder” marked a massive turning point for us when it got featured in Spotify’s New Music Friday and Fresh Finds playlists. It was also our first international collaboration with Toronto native rapper Acey. Sound and its many forms (Music, Field Recordings, Comedy, Talk Radio, Podcasts, Lectures, Machine Noises, etc) have been a fascination for me since I was a young boy. Recording the world around me, writing songs and skits, and manipulating sounds have held my attention for most of my life. I've played in bands since I was a young teen, and eventually found minor success and much satisfaction, when I moved to Minneapolis, MN in 2002 and dove into the music scene there. I eventually met my bandmates and we formed a band called Estate. As a member of Estate, I have toured, released albums, eps, and remixes, and placed/licensed dozens of tracks to various television programs, and even film. During this time in Estate, I also began my career and a professional postproduction broadcast mix engineer, sound designer, and composer. Tirering of the advertising world, I changed paths to focus on my family, spirituality, and sustainability. To this end, we sold everything in Mpls and moved our family to rural northwest MN. We now live on an old 40-acre dairy farm in the mystical Leaf Mountains in beautiful Ottertail County. Our two daughters, three cats, two dogs, 30 chickens, and our beloved forested hills, form a small but wonderful world that my wife and I enjoy immensely. Music remains an integral part of my life, identity, and income. I produce using Ableton live (user since 2004 v2 I believe), guitars, basses, synths, and of course a wide palette of VST instruments, VST effects, and other digital goodies. I am interested in collaborations, work-for-hire composition, remixing, sound design (the SFX kind, post-production style), game audio using Unreal Engine 5 and Gamemaker Studio, podcast production and editing, and all-around audio shenanigans.
