I was born and raised in the Bronx, New York City and became professionally involved in music in my early 20's as a music producer and artists. Growing up in a tough city I channeled my energy musically and was able to obtain being signed to Motown Records as a producer for 5 years under music mogul Michael Bivins of the legendary group New Edition. My involvement in the music business enabled me to do what I love and obtain the prestigious RIAA Gold Award for my contributions on the Bell Biv Devoe second studio album entitled HootieMack. I was also featured in a music video with Boyz II Men considered the worlds most successful boy band worldwide, in a world premiere video entitled 1-4-all-4-1. Through my contribution to the album it peaked at number 54 on the billboard charts and registered Gold with the RIAA . I am currently still writing, producing, and doing everything independently. I am a musical director and touring musician based in the UK, with over a decade of experience working on live shows. As Musical Director for Ellie Goulding (2009-2019), I crafted and developed her live show, from her first ever full band show in 2009 to worldwide arena tour (Delirium) in 2016. I worked as Live Music Producer on the Mumford & Sons Delta world tour in 2018, and have worked with a diverse list of artists from Clean Bandit, Sigrid, Aurora and Tom Walker. Alongside touring I have played on Ellie records (Lights, Halcyon, Brightest Blue), created educational content (Ableton Live for Drummers, 2018), run a small business (Artclub Live) and create content for music industry companies (Focusrite Pro, Gretsch Drums). I am an orchestrator, arranger and composer with extensive credits in film, television, theater and recorded music. I have deep orchestral experience, but also arrange for jazz band, horn sections, chamber ensemble and rock bands. While I work in a wide range of styles and across various media, I am known throughout for an attention to detail, a clarity of execution, and a versatile palette.
