THSA (The Holy Spirit Abides) Record Company is a Christian, Black, Woman-owned company founded and operated by Katrice Cornett & Elaine Sanders-Mayfield. Established on the belief that God Almighty is the creator of all things and that music is one of the creations He uses to teach the word. Many of the scriptures admonish us to praise & worship God with instruments, singing, and dance. Music/worship is used for celebrations and warfare. Our mission at THSA is to create songs from heaven that will penetrate the hearts of man will change lives, heal, save, and deliver. Songs that are focused on the power of God and His greatness. We service artists within the age range of 35 & above. Our ideal client is a worshipper of God who desires to share melodies from heaven through the creative process of writing, recording, and music production. We are located in the Southern New Jersey region of the USA. We are both independent artists who understand the importance of allowing the Holy Spirit to be the center of our creativity. Realizing that without the anointing it is just noise to God’s ears. Together we span over 40 years of experience, education, ups and downs, and hard work in the music industry. We take pride in creating a safe space where Independent Artists can be uniquely who God has designed and gifted them to be while giving them the tools and expertise to make an impact in the music industry that will leave a legacy of the goodness and glory of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.

Born Rayvon Cystrunk in Riverside, California, Uno Paper Boi understands how demanding and challenging the music industry can get. He understands that he needs to stay focused on his career and to achieve his goals, instead of being mindful of things that will distract him from reaching success. One of his inclinations as an artist is doing collaborations with other big personalities in the industry to add value to his work and elevate his performance in a sea of multiple talents and aspiring rappers. By working alongside other great artists, he gets the opportunity to shine and thrive in the industry. As a young boy, Uno Paper Boi grew up in the east side of his city, where a lot of poor communities exist. Growing up, he has witnessed the negative side of his community, from drive-by shootings to blatant selling of drugs on the streets. At some point in his life, he thought that he just might end up living that kind of destructive life. He is, however, living proof that everyone does not need to conform to the common practices in their community, that they have a choice to live better lives. To make sure that he does not follow a dangerous path, he immersed himself in basketball, and it kept him busy most of the time. By the time he was 14 years old, he had moved to Atlanta, where he first discovered that he has a natural talent for writing lyrics while in the basement of a friend’s house.
