Ariel Kanary Amsterdam (AKA) is the musical alias of Arold Jansen, whose lifelong passion for music has always run parallel to his professional career. Moving effortlessly between pop, dance, jazz, and funk, AKA embodies a composer and independent label in one. He is bass player in the band Recovered. During his student years, he chose a four-string and became a 'bassic' fixture in the music scenes of Haarlem, Leiden, Zwolle, and Amsterdam, composing countless tracks on a beloved Fostex 4-track recorder—his first step into songwriting. In 2024, a dusty cassette tape unearthed a long-lost track from 2009. Struck by its analog warmth, he was inspired to digitize and rework his old catalog. The result: a series of releases that pay homage to the sounds of his youth —soulful, groovy, and pop-infused. The debut single True Love marks the beginning of this new chapter. Enjoy!

hudasoundscapes represents a musical journey that seamlessly blends classical piano roots with a modern fusion of ambient electronic and sometimes warm organic techno. With a rich foundation in both classical and jazz piano, hudasoundscapes creates carefully crafted compositions. From a young age, hudasoundscapes was immersed in the world of music, starting piano at the age of four and later refining his skills at the Royal Conservatory of The Hague. This rigorous classical training, coupled with a deep exploration of jazz, has profoundly influenced his approach to creating music that is both intricate and emotionally resonant. Drawing from years of experience in composing for film, television, and commercials, hudasoundscapes infuses his tracks with a cinematic quality, offering listeners an immersive sonic experience.

Desde mis inicios en la escena electrónica hace 15 años, he explorado los limites del techno y el contemporáneas. Mi pasión por la música se complementa con mi amor por la fotografia, que me permite capturar la energía de cada actuación.
