Aussie Mixer, Engineer and Vocal Producer based in London, UK. I specialize in popular music genres, rock, pop, hip hop, soul and electronic music, but have also mixed for classical, opera, jazz, funk, blues and folk outfits.
I've worked as an audio professional for over 14 years, and in that time I've been had the privilege to work on Gold Selling recording in Australia from the likes of Karnivool, Dead Letter Circus, Floating Me, COG and Birds of Tokyo. I've also been a staff engineer at Oaklands Productions, and had my own mix room in the renowned Sing Sing Recording Studios in Melbourne.
I've always enjoyed working on varying styles of music, and I pride myself on delivering a mix that goes above and beyond expectations. I've been told I'm easy to work with; I'm also extremely motivated and I work hard to get the best results on every project I work on.

I've been playing flute since 1997. I have several degrees in music performance, and I have recorded on countless projects. I've performed in the Just For Laughs Comedy Festival, Ottawa and Montreal's Jazz festivals, and the Marciac Jazz festival. I have a lot of experience in knowing in the moment what a song might need, and being able to come up with new ideas that suit the vibe of the song. I came up learning heavy metal and classic rock guitar solos on the flute, and kept working with that and eventually switched to jazz, with a focus in improvisation. I also learned the sax shortly after, and I am able to play tenor, alto, soprano and Baritone, even at the same time!!
I've studied with some of the best saxophonists in the world, including David Binney, George Garzone, Donny McCaslin and Dave Liebman.
I also play clarinet, keyboards and percussion.
I came up in a rich musical background so I am able to perform and interpret in many different styles, from pop to rock, to reggae, to jazz, to hip hop to even techno. I love playing different styles and fusing them together.
I'm looking forward to being able to work together and recording on your tracks!!!

Live and in the studio I am comfortable with Blues, Pop, Rock, Reggae, Funk and Electro. I will be happy to collaborate recording any drums tracks you need in my studio.

Recently with a bass player colleague of mine, we opened our production studio to satisfy the requests for arrangements, beats, mixing, and masters.

GUITAR WORLD~
Music has been my life and passion since the age of 13. I have traveled the world as a "side-woman" for other national artists, recorded with A-list producers and musicians from NYC to L.A., in addition to being signed to Capricorn/Universal with my previous band, Big Sister. I am also an artist & songwriter, fronting my original funk-rock band, The Dirty Bunch. This experience allows me to hear your tracks sonically, as a session player AND with an artist mind. I love helping other people bring their music to life and look forward to connecting here on the Landr Network.

Q&A
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Most mixing projects lately are a combo of the two. I mix in the box and print outboard gear and effects. Then the mix is printed through my API 8200 summing mixer. I would love to do more all analog tape sessions, because it's a fun and different workflow but realistically the budgets and time constraints are limited.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: Getting to work with all kinds of people and personalities in many different styles of music. I think that really keeps me fresh.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: That mixing and mastering is magic and everything can be fixed. Don't get me wrong a lot can be fixed, but there is no substitute for great source material. The job of mixing and mastering is to enhance the song.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: What direction do you want the mix to go? On a 1-10 scale, 1 being pretty close to the rough mix but a little more polished/hi-fi or 10 pretty unrecognizable from the rough mix?
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Listen! Be fearless and experiment. Turn that delay all the way up maybe it'll work, maybe it won't? You don't know unless you try. Also don't be afraid to kill your darlings.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: All kinds, thats my favorite part of the job
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: Fresh ears and a new perspective
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: For mixing, I try to learn as much about the song as I can. I have a detailed conversation with the artist and try and get an idea of the vision for the song before I start. A rough mix is always helpful I listen to that a couple of times and right down my ideas and notes. Once I feel like I'm at a got place with the mix I'll send it to the artist for notes and then revise based on any notes they have until they're happy with the mix.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Oh boy, lots of people. I really love people like Tchad Blake and Dave Fridmann who are making wild sounds you've never heard before. As well as folks who came up more in the "documentarian" engineering world. People like Sam Phillips, Tom Dowd, Steve Albini who are trying to capture the performance in the room.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Mixing, Mastering, Editing.

Hey there!
I'm George. Since I was 15 I was taking part in a lot of music projects and bands as a musician (acoustic/electric/bass guitar), singer/songwriter, composer and producer worldwide (Europe, U.S. etc) I have experience in different genres like rock, hip-hop, metal, classic, pop, rnb etc. That background helps me to integrate any skill that I have for future projects. I enjoy to consider each song that I’m working on as a story. One of my teachers said that if you made them cry - you’ve done your job, I’m trying to follow that with my own rule - do your best and let's see what happens.
I’ve studied music by myself, with amazing teachers and also at world's famous Universities online, such as The University of Edinburgh (Fundamentals of Music Theory), California Institute of the Arts (Approaching Music Theory: Melodic Forms and Simple Harmony), Berklee College of Music (Arranging for Songwriters). Also I'm an experienced guitar teacher online/offline for 7 years.

Canadian-born, Brooklyn-based guitarist, producer, and beatmaker. My influences and styles are vast, ranging from jazz, hip-hop, blues, folk, rock, funk, soul and electronic music.
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Jazz Guitar Performance from McGill University. I’ve worked, toured, performed, written and recorded with numerous artists such as Lauryn Hill, Renée Elise Goldsberry, Jon Batiste, The Weeknd, NAS, Billy Porter, Quiñ, The Roots, Andra Day, Antonio Sanchez, Tony Allen, Femi Kuti, and Bokanté.
In 2015, I collaborated with Brooklyn native singer/flutist Melanie Charles on a project called “Rat Habitat”; a mix of electro/soul/indie rock. Our co-produced EP "Guns That Shoot Bubbles" was released in May of 2015, and has gotten many powerful reviews on internationally recognized online blogs such as Okayplayer, AfroPunk, Soulbounce and Ebony. Past production releases include Canadian songstress Sarah MK’s album “Worth It” which received the “Editors Pick” at the 2011 world renown “Montreal International Jazz Festival”
My debut release as a leader, entitled “Dreams”, is a tapestry of colors and moods; a blend of electronic/indie/beat/jazz influences. The album showcases my skills as a producer and beatmaker, and while not a guitar heavy featured project, manages to fuse many of my musical influences into one cohesive sonic vision. The album features several New York City musicians, notably veteran drummer Obed Calvaire, vocalist Mike “Maz” Maher, woodwind genius Sly5Ave, violinist Lisanne Tremblay, drummer David Frasier and multi-instrumentalist Jesse Fischer.

I’m a singer with a wide and dynamic vocal range who can also spit a hot verse or two! I write, sing, and rap across multiple genres including Afrobeats, R&B, House, EDM, Gospel, Hip-Hop, Rock, and Kids Music — and I bring heart, story, and soul to every track.
I work from my home studio with state-of-the-art recording gear and deliver industry-standard vocals ready for your next release. My goal here is to connect with artists and producers worldwide who want songs that feel alive — honest, vibrant, and unforgettable.
While I love performing, songwriting is my heartbeat. I’d love the opportunity to write for more artists and help you bring your message to life.
