Greetings! I have been a guitar player for 16 years, a guitar teacher for 10, and have a BA/Music Major from Carleton University. I play lead guitar in the progressive metal band Soen, and my playing can be heard on our records "Lotus" and "Imperial".

I'm Josh, a multi-disciplinary artist, entrepreneur, and owner of a digital media company called Sprout Wise. I'm also a classically trained composer, music producer, and lead singer in the rock and roll band The Mystics. I love creativity and business, believing that self-empowerment is the key to both personal and professional success. I have a passion for artist development, and am often hired as a brand consultant, photographer and music video director. My career has also been made writing radio jingles and as a theatre sound designer. I've been FACTOR funded, sat as a juror for the Ontario Arts Council, received an emerging artist award, and completed a digital music artist residency at the Banff Centre for arts and creativity. I'm here hoping to continue to push the boundaries of my own artistic expression, working towards live stream concerts in VR, creating more sound and art installations, and making music for video games and sync licensing.
