My career spans over 25 years of producing, mixing and composing with the industry's top artists, writers and musicians as diverse as Pat Monahan (Train), Darius Rucker, Shinedown, Shontelle and many more. I opened my recording studio Engine Sound in Manhattan in 2002 and in addition to producing, mixing and writing with hundreds of artists I have also written the music to many award winning TV shows, films and commercials.

Across my career I’ve worked with electronica, world music, hiphop, Americana, and rock & pop. In 90’s & early 2000s I was with London dance label Wall of Sound with Dirty Beatniks. In the early 2000's I joined the Big Life roster of producers & artists, managed by industry legend Jazz Summers (Wham, Killing Joke), joining The Verve, Snow Patrol & La Roux amongst others. Production credits include albums with UK hiphop giant Silver Bullet, the Oceania Maori/world music project with Jaz Coleman (Killing Joke), the UK Americana Red Sky July album with Shelly Poole (Alisha’s Attic) & Ally McErlaine (Texas), remixes for Badly Drawn Boy, James & INXS, & collaborations with Tricky & Youth (Primal Scream). Live highlights include Reading Festival, Roskilde & Alexandra Palace. With Zane Lowe (Radio 1/ Apple) I curated the mix used by The Rolling Stones as warm-up on their 40 Licks European Tour. Roger gave me the secrets to his sound and his production techniques, guitar riffs, gear and how he plays the Talkbox. Matthew Weber is currently associate principal bassist of the Karlovy Vary Symphony Orchestra, a core member of the Czech National Symphony Orchestra, and a member of the North Czech Capella (North Czech Chamber Ensemble). He has recently performed with The Halle Orchestra as guest assistant principal bass, and played as principal bassist under the late Ennio Morricone on his final European tour. Matthew holds a master of music degree from the Juilliard School. He has recorded for Deutche Grammophon, Universal Records, Phillip Glass, soprano Teodora Gheorgihu, Albany Records, BMOP/Sound (Boston Modern Orchestra Project), and has recorded numerous movie scores with the Czech National Symphony.
