Doug, aka "Zero Sum Game Plan" is a Canadian recording artist and producer based out of Toronto. His singing and original music have been used on station ID jingles and radio program themes as well as commercials on CHFI radio station in Toronto. His studio session singing has been featured on broadcast IDs for the Coast To Coast Network radio show across North America. In 2019 he started creating original new music (Indie/Synth/Pop/Rock) that has been featured on Only Rock Radio, MPG Radio, Radio Wigwam, New Scotland Radio, Big City Small World and Fresh Air shows on CBC Radio One and on myriad Internet/Terrestrial radio stations around the world via the syndicated radio show "The New Music Food Truck". Matthew Weber is currently associate principal bassist of the Karlovy Vary Symphony Orchestra, a core member of the Czech National Symphony Orchestra, and a member of the North Czech Capella (North Czech Chamber Ensemble). He has recently performed with The Halle Orchestra as guest assistant principal bass, and played as principal bassist under the late Ennio Morricone on his final European tour. Matthew holds a master of music degree from the Juilliard School. He has recorded for Deutche Grammophon, Universal Records, Phillip Glass, soprano Teodora Gheorgihu, Albany Records, BMOP/Sound (Boston Modern Orchestra Project), and has recorded numerous movie scores with the Czech National Symphony. The duo met in 2011, and began their practice in 2012. Their output has garnered several international exhibitions and awards, including the Tokyo TDC Annual, the Graphis Poster Annual, an ADC Young Guns nomination, a Polaris Prize nomination for Jean-Michel Blais' album dans ma main, and a one-year fellowship at the Fabrica Research Centre in Treviso, Italy. At Fabrica, they helped to create Recognition: an artificial intelligence project which won the 2016 IK Prize and resulted in an exhibition at the Tate Britain museum in London, as well as an installation in Times Square.
