About Viola Le Compte
I’m a Belgian singer-songwriter who lives and works in Sweden. My background is in classical music (I have a master’s degree in orchestral music performance - double bass). After my studies I realized that what I really liked doing in music is writing, recording and singing my own songs. So, soon after this realization I recorded my first album, “love is love”, comprised of mostly songs I had written since I was 17 years old. Two years later I recorded a second album, “home”, with all new songs. I’m currently working on setting up my home studio, writing new material and recording a Christmas EP. I love singing and songwriting and am looking to do meaningful collaborations with other passionate musicians (providing main and backing vocals, writing lyrics and/ or a melody to their music.)
