Sarah All At Once

I can't sing or play an instrument (yet), but music has always been one of the primary ways I experience the world, especially live, where it moves through the body as much as the ears. As a kid, I wanted to be a singer-songwriter. In my teens and twenties, that impulse found expression in poetry. In my late thirties, I was dabbling in stand-up comedy. Different forms, same instinct: processing life through creative expression. Today, making music sits alongside my mental health and creative practices. I write, experiment with new technology and translate emotion into sound as a way of moving energy, telling the truth and occasionally brushing up against something shared and human. This isn't about polish or perfection. It's about curiosity, honesty and momentum. If something here resonates with you, I'd love to know.
