The Calm of Four Nights は、NORTH MUSIC PROJECT にとっての1stリリースとなる、睡眠・リラックス・瞑想を目的としたLo-Fi instrumental albumである。本作は物語を語る音楽ではなく、意識を手放すための音の流れとして設計されている。ジャズ由来の穏やかな音と、Lo-Fi特有の柔らかな質感、一定のテンポで繰り返されるリズムが、呼吸や心拍に自然に寄り添う。4つの夜は、覚醒から静寂へと移ろう心の段階を表し、聴き手を深い集中、あるいは穏やかな眠りへと導く。このアルバムは、感情を刺激するためのものではない。何も考えずにいられる時間をつくるための音楽である。 The Calm of Four Nights is the first release by NORTH MUSIC PROJECT,a Lo-Fi instrumental album created for sleep, relaxation, and meditation.Like drifting on calm water,the music allows thoughts to loosen and emotions to settle naturally.It is not meant to tell a story,but to provide a gentle flow of sound that helps the listener let go.Soft jazz-influenced harmonies,warm Lo-Fi textures,and steady, repetitive rhythms are balanced to align with breathing and heart rate.Each of the four nights represents a gradual transition from wakefulness to stillness.This album does not ask for attention.It offers rest -a quiet space where doing nothing feels natural.
