Matteo Erdas

I've studied cello in "Conservatorio di musica di Cagliari GP da Palestrina" and I've achieved Diploma (Master level) in 2007. I started to make music at the age of 6. I played for the first violin for almost 6 years and then I switched to cello and bass guitar. I've studied by my self drums and guitar. During the studies in the "Conservatorio" I improved my skills and knowledge both in music theory and in the practical part. Harmony, composition bases, ensemble music, ear training are some of the areas of studies but not only. At the same time I participated in several projects locally with various bands. With some of them I have participated in almost 100 concerts in my region. These bands concern international pop genre projects, Italian songwriters, children's music, rock, progressive, etc. At now I'm studing jazz improvisation and harmony by myself. Since 3 years I have also started a learning path of mixing, mastering, production skills and I started experimenting again at a compositional level.
