Magdalena

Born in Nürnberg (Germany) into a musical family - her father was the wellknown pianist Karl-Heinz Schlüter - Magdalena Galka began taking piano lessons at age 4. She studied piano at the college of music in Würzburg and Stuttgart. Further tutelage by Vladimir Krainev, Konstantin Sherbakov, Bernd Glemser, Hans Leygraf and Igor Shukov rounded off her artistic development. She was prize-winner many piano competitions. At the Bavarian Radio she recorded works bei F. Liszt and J. Brahms. As a Soloist as well as a chamber musician she performs concerts in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Portugal and Sweden - currently as Pianoduo Stuttgart wich debut CD "Tänze aus aller Welt" was published in 2018.
