Members Kenan Nadar and Calvin Htet teamed up in 2020 after multiple collaborations, realizing how perfectly their musical styles complemented one another. Originally a solo bass act, Nadar recruited Htet to join the team and the two have been lighting up dancefloors together ever since. Nadar, a Central Florida native, and Htet, a NorCal native, are quite the unconventional music duo. By day, Nadar is a pediatrician and Htet is an IT specialist. Their passion for music prevails in spite of their busy schedules. Kode PinK hopes to bring new energy to the dance music scene by creating a “perfect” hybridization between the lighthearted and fun aspects of pop music mixed with the power and punch that electronic music never fails to deliver. The two have adopted the mantra “no dream too big,” to inspire fans to believe that anyone can succeed at what they love no matter how non-traditional their background may be.
