Jacob Vanderham is a performance artist and producer currently based in Montréal, Canada. His works have been presented internationally and range from original scores for theatre and film, to contemporary electronic music. In November of 2020, Jacob released his debut single, Summer Kitchen (It's All in You Records), under his former moniker, Sheryl. In collaboration with Berlin based producer and IAIY label head, Nyma, Summer Kitchen features Jacob’s songwriting, vocal/synth performances, and arrangement. The song was remixed by veteran Canadian electronic producer and M-nus founding member, Marc Houle. Most recently, Jacob has completed producing an EP as part of his brand new electro-folk solo project, Telehorn. Bringing together Jacob’s burgeoning skills as a song writer, producer, and multi instrumentalist, Telehorn’s infectious melodies and emotionally candid lyrics draw listeners into an eclectic sonic landscape brushed with ambient field recordings and lush string arrangements. Set for release in April of 2021, Telehorn’s self titled debut EP is a sunny extension of love amidst the dizzying year that now rests behind us.
