Gwylan is an alternative hip-hop producer and vocalist, originating from Newcastle and is now based in Melbourne. Formed in 2014 he began releasing beat-tapes and EPs for five years as he refined his craft and honed into the eclectic sound that defined his first full length album release ‘Tunnel Vision’ in 2019. Since then, Gwylan has been infusing more traditional instrumentation of saxophone, piano and guitar into his psychedelic hip-hop framework for upcoming releases. As a cinephile, Gwylan weaves stories and atmospheres into a tapestry that transports the listener into the soundtrack of his experience. Show less
