GEMWOOD was born from a simple idea: some feelings are easier to sing than to say. What began as private poetry became a collection of original songs about love, loss, hope, healing, faith, and finding where we belong. Written and independently released by Cara Montes, each song tells a true story with the hope that listeners will find a piece of their own story in it.
