Folcon

Born in Cameroon in 1980, Franc Eric Mounkam, also known as a Soul, RnB reggae music artist under the name Folcon MC, lives in the province of Quebec since 1996 with his mother and sisters. His interest in the arts manifested itself in Cameroon, more precisely in Yaoundé, where he made his debut at the age of 13 in plays during the month of young people organized by UNICEF. Then, in 1996, after his arrival in Canada, he very quickly integrated into the youth and arts community in Montreal by improvising HIP hop music in schools. His talents as well as his self-confidence are more and more developed, he knew how to mark his place among his peers. In 2001, two years after graduating from high school, he decided to continue his studies at Musitechnic, a college specializing in music production. His goal was to better master the field of arts and music, as well as work as a qualified sound technician to eventually build his career as a director and producer.
