Brandon Mitchell known as Purpo$e The Musician as a rapper but has now implemented the moniker Doobie Drumz when operating as a producer. Born in Germany, raised in Texas. Brandon began making music at the tender age of 5 after his parents purchased a drum set for his birthday. Since then creating music has been an essential part of Brandon's life. After graduating Clemens High School in 2005, he began producing music using FL Studio and would release mixtape that gain some attention in the local San Antonio area. Currently Doobie has produced for a number of artist such as Bushwick Bill from Geto Boys, Derdy, Liveola, and his own label TEAM Lafamilia Music Group. He currently uses the Akai MPC Live II, ProTools Ultimate, Reason 12 and FL Studio 24 for the his music production.
