About Alex Röck

Alexander Pina, aka Röck Alex (or Alex Röck), is a Swiss hard rock musician, vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, and independent producer. Starting his musical journey in 1993, he has remained a fixture in the underground Swiss rock scene as a self-described “aged Hardrockshouter."Influenced by classic hard rock, metal attitude, punkish rawness, and eclectic sketches from varied directions, Alex delivers gritty, unpolished tracks exploring struggle, reflection, reality, and escapism. He fronts and produces for Pesticide (hard rock/metal, with releases like the Monkey Speedway EP and singles "Rock ‘n’ Roll Tonight” [2023], “12 Tons Of Steel” [2023], “Digital Bitch” [2023], “Look That Kills” [2024]). He has also performed with Whole Lotta DC (AC/DC tribute, active since the early ‘90s), RIP, and other projects. Solo as Alex Röck
