About Vernon
I was born in NJ. I was a student of the Newark’s school system from kindergarten to College. My mother bought my first trumpet for a $100 from my music teacher when I was in the fifth grade . My music teacher from fifth grade was named Mr. Fricke . He was my mentor . I practiced and played the trumpet from grade school up to high school and even in my initial year of college. Thereafter, I became church musician along with playing secular music. My family members were also musicians, drummers, keyboard players, singers, trumpet players, bass players. I was given enough support and influence in becoming who I am today. I’ve always wanted to record playing in the studio at the early age. It’s been a dream , so I decided to buy my own studio equipment. The church, Vincent Herbert, Jasmina, and EJ Randolph were my influences in becoming an artist. Thanks for checking out my profile! If you're interested in working together, send me a message about your music or project.
