My name is Henry Howard & The Six Strings. I’m a local musician in Duluth, Minnesota. Although, I am originally from Pensacola, Florida and moved here a little over a year ago for the Coast Guard. I’ve been listening to music all my life. I remember listening to Johnny Cash mostly as I grew up and I always thought it was amazing seeing the songs he’d come up with and seeing how much of a legacy he carried from that. That’s what started me playing guitar and when I was 17, I wrote my first song called, “Buffalo Rock”. But, after that a couple years passed and I slowly didn’t play guitar as much until last year when I found the lyrics to “Buffalo Rock” and I decided to finish it and from there I loved the idea of just making music. After that, I wrote 9 other songs that year to make an album that i’ll be releasing this year called, The Snowy Side of The Street.
